En general, el contenido es muy superficial. Brinda sugerencias muy generales sobre cómo aplicar las ciencias del comportamiento en organizaciones. En su lugar, parece que buscara persuadir a un lector con posición ejecutiva de contratar a un científico del comportamiento. Si se es ejecutivo en búsqueda de aproximaciones novedosas es ideal; para aspirantes a científicos del comportamiento no lo es.
