You can't stop mind waves, but you can learn to surf them.Surf therapy is not just about learning to surf waves of water, it's about discovering the unbridled joy, fun and laughter of playing in the surf, gaining confidence and self-belief, then using the experience to change the chemistry of the brain, so that you can develop the skills to surf waves of thoughts, feelings, and emotions.Surf Therapy is an immersive bodymind experience..........This is a story about a little Polynesian boy getting lost on a sea of stress and anxiety, being hit by waves of depression. Then gradually coming to terms with his reality, and eventually accepting and adapting to the situation, which gives him empowerment, belief, strength, self-confidence, and the ability to choose his own wave....a wave of aloha.
