Synopsis "How You Can Live Victoriously: A Handbook For Christian Believers (in English)"
This book emphasizes Scripture memory, because spoken Scripture is your only defense against Satan and his demons. In this book, I'll show you how easy it is to memorize Scripture verses, short passages, and whole chapters. I'll explain why you have no "appetite" for Scripture memory, and how to overcome your reluctance to do it. In one of the chapters, entitled, "The Night I Stood Up To The Devil", I'll share my own true story of how, in the dark of night, I spoke a short Bible verse as I felt evil about to overwhelm me. The moment I spoke, that feeling of being attacked vanished. I'll show you how to eliminate unwanted thoughts, and why God found it necessary to create the universe, including the earth we live in. When you equip yourself as I describe, you will enjoy peace, joy, and contentment. My name is Jan (James R) Smith. I live near St.Paul, in Minnesota. I wasn't always an evangelical Bible Christian. I was raised in a faith tradition that emphasizes rites and rituals, but teaches nothing about using the Bible to equip yourself for the struggles of life. In fact, well into my adult years, I didn't even know what the Bible was. Some kind of church book. That's how I was, well into my adult years. But then, the time came when I began listening to Bible teaching on the radio. I was astonished to learn that the Bible is filled with Wisdom from God!
