Synopsis "Inside-Out (in English)"
Inside Out presents a selection of work by Israeli contemporary artists. A rich display of themes and forms of expression by Israeli artists with diverse ethnic, community, religious, cultural and social backgrounds. The premise rejects any kind of sensationalism or ideological aesthetic, in favour of an in-depth investigation of each piece and artist. It is in fact the result of an exhaustive investigation that invites the spectator to reflect on the richness of themes and forms of expression explored by Israeli artists, who live in a multicultural State with a diversity of ethnic, community, religious, cultural and social backgrounds and practices. Includes works of: Keren Assaf, Yael Bartana, Guy Ben-Ner, Ori Gersht, Varda Getzow, Talia Keinan, Miki Kratsman, Sigalit Landau, Adi Nes, Eliezer Sonnenschein, Gal Weinstein, Nadav Weissman, Sharon Ya ari and Rona Yefman.
