Synopsis "Mis Recetas Anticáncer: Alimentación y Vida Anticáncer (Nutrición y Dietética)"

Odile es una mujer de 34 anos, medico de familia y madre de un nino que en las charlas observa inquieto como su madre habla a un monton de gente. Odile fue diagnosticada de cancer de ovario con metastasis en 2010. Tras el shock que supuso la noticia de su diagnostico comenzo a buscar toda la informacion referente a la relacion cancer-alimentacion. Su formacion en medicina supuso una gran ayuda para tal empresa. Descubrio que existe una intima relacion entre el cancer y una alimentacion deficiente -relacion ampliamente documentada por estudios cientificos- pero al mismo tiempo se dio cuenta que la alimentacion apenas se tenia en cuenta en el tratamiento convencional. Tras el tercer ciclo de quimioterapia y cuidando al maximo la alimentacion, el cancer habia desaparecido. El deseo de Odile de compartir lo aprendido la llevo a crear su pagina web Mis recetas anticancer, asi como a impartir talleres y conferencias sobre el tema, actividades que compagina con su trabajo como medico de familia. / Odile is a 34 year old physician who was diagnosed with metastatic ovarian cancer in 2010. After the third cycle of chemotherapy and taking care of the food, the cancer was gone.
