While many people donate toys and blankets to those in need, things like shoes can often go overlooked, leaving kids with donations of secondhand, scuffed up shoes that are too small and too worn to do them any good. Author Coral Hayward saw this first hand through her work with Foster Care, including her adopted siblings.
