Brinetta Moore-Carlton is a Master Natural Hair Artist and Loctician who began her career braiding hair professionally at age 12. It just seemed natural to her. If asked how she was able to perform professionally at such a young age she will tell you without hesitation, "It was truly a gift from God to me." By the time she reached age 17 she had opened her first salon and has been doing natural hair styling ever since. To enhance her God-given talent, Ms Moore-Carlton has also received training from top professionals in the industry and has worked on platforms with some of the best hair show stylists from New York, Atlanta and Chicago. She has also helped develop hair care products for first-rate companies, like Keystone Laboratories, and has started developing her own line of healthy, natural hair products. She graduated from the Stage One Hair School in Memphis, Tennessee in 1989. Ms Moore-Carlton's clientele run the gamut, from friends, relatives and everyday people to celebrities. She has styled hair for members of musical groups like Ebony Webb, the Bar-Kays and Kool and the Gang. She has also trained other stylists in natural hair techniques and has produced several training videos. To Ms Moore-Carlton, "Hair is not just a career to me, it is my ministry."
