Dazu skizziert er mit "responsiver Bipolaritat" ein pluralistisches Privatrechtsmodell, das Kriterien fur erfolgreiche Integration bereitstellt. Anschliessend werden daran zwei aktuelle Anwendungsbeispiele fur Nachhaltigkeit im Privatrecht - deliktische Klimahaftung und kaufrechtliche Lieferkettenverantwortlichkeit - gemessen. Am Ende stehen jeweils Vollzugsmeldungen: Klimahaftung und Lieferkettenverantwortlichkeit sind integrierbar, das Privatrecht ist nachhaltigkeitsresponsiv.
