Synopsis "Nina qallu (in Quechua)"

Nina qallu está pensado, sentido, imaginado y expresado en quechua. Estos versos son raíces milenarias que prolongándose en tallo, ramas, hojas y flores horadan el Hanaq Pacha, o son corrientes de los ríos profundos que surcan el corazón de la Pachamama. A todas luces, se escucha un grito de reclamación identitaria, el Kaypiraqmi Kachkani de Arguedas suena como pututu, por eso el poema que da apertura al libro lleva por título “Qapariy”. Percy es un poeta quechua bifurcado, como los ríos o como los árboles: mitad selvático y mitad andino, mitad quechua y mitad machiguenga, como son los pueblos que integran el VRAEM.
