S'investiga quin és el paper de la postura en aquesta assumpte i com s'executa un anàlisi general d'aquesta en fisioteràpia. També s'examina perquè teràpies com el Mètode Feldenkrais, que actua tan a nivell físic com a nivell emocional, són capaces d'aportar beneficis més consistents en aquesta problemàtica que no pas tractaments de fisioteràpia convencionals. Per altra banda i a nivell pràctic, es planteja un abordatge terapèutic mitjançant el mètode partint de l'avaluació postural en fisioteràpia.
