Hi and a very warm welcome to "Sharks". I've always been fascinated and may I say afraid by these incredible animals, ever since I saw "Jaws" at the movies, (showing my age there). One of my children has recently finished a project for school on the subject, which I confess, I was truly proud of and it got me thinking. There are a number of misconceptions out there about sharks, mainly through fear sensationalized by the media. I felt it was time to put the record straight and what better platform to use than kindle. The book, I hope you are about to read, was created with children in mind although like my daughter's project, I think adults will also learn a thing or two. If you are an expert on the subject of sharks then it's unlikely you will find anything new here but if, like me, you enjoy learning unusual facts with interesting pictures then I hope you'll find it worthwhile.
