el libro no dice nada para llevar a la práctica, cuenta muchas experiencias conseguidas pero no te entrega el paso a paso, además es muuuy corto. Te mantiene expectante a aprender, pero no te da la guía, no entendí la idea...no es práctico. No me gustó.
