Written and illustrated by Rufus Williams, The Frog and the Butterfly tells a wonderful story about true beauty. The author says, "I grew up in Mississippi and we were very poor. I guess that's how I came to know and love little critters so much." Rufus Williams currently lives in San Luis Obispo, California. "I love children, and I love animals and all of nature.
