Synopsis "The H-1B Conundrum: Dark Secrets of the H-1B Program. The Americans are Angry. The Government is Conning and in the end Everyone is Confused About the Real Truth (in English)"

The reason Americans are angry about job losses to the immigrants is because of their chosen ignorance about the US Immigration policies and the ineptitude of the relevant departments to plug the loopholes. This book attempts to expose the workings and shocking dark secrets of the job market which was hidden from the average American understanding, based on the author's personal experiences. With 24 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and having encountered various types of Indian-Americans, it was time to pen down shocking details of why and how the average American was and will be denied their chance to get a job against an immigrant. The book also gets into the utter ignorance of the US Government to realize and understand the importance that American IT giants play in the world, and their reasons for being dependent on foreign labour. Apart from indulging in typical election dramatized hate speeches to incite the mob against coloured skin races, the US Government will only end up damaging the infrastructural security and criticality of the global Information channels, which multinational corporations are dependent on. This is primarily because it has never created an effective filtration system that ensures highly trained and skilled labor is easily available to organizations in American industries, but will only end up jeopardizing the technological grid, by insisting on complete incompetent labor to be on the frontlines. At a time when human privacy and security is torn open threadbare by governments and political establishments, the real skilled specialists who can confront this onslaught and violation are nowhere in sight, because the system has ensured them complete unfairness, and encouraged them to no longer work for the betterment of mankind.
