Stallings also says his book can help ease stress and bring some fun back into the process. He says having an advocate, someone who’s only job is to look out for you, changes the game. “Even if you have hired a reputable builder and designer, it never hurts to have an added layer of protection to make sure your best interests are being served”. According to Stallings “this book takes you on the journey of the build. It will help guide you in basic terms - its building and renovating made easier, who doesn’t want that”.
