Synopsis "The Pride of Africa (in English)"
Long ago, the Ancients wielded absolute power thanks to Technology which rendered them almost God-like. The Planet Earth was theirs to rule from their colossal metallic cities. In their hubris, they destroyed themselves. North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Australia, Latin America and the Caribbean were all engulfed in a Man-made Global Cataclysm. What happened to Africa, one may ask Thousands of years after the Fall of the Ancients, a few souls remain, scattered across the remains of the African Plains. Welcome to the Wasteland. Eking out a living in this post-apocalyptic nightmare is the Pride, a group of men and women whose ferocity makes them the supreme masters of this land. Competing with super predators such as the descendants of lions, tigers, hyenas, jaguars, coyotes, pumas, bears and wolves, along with colossal Mega-Snakes, the Pride is ruthless and driven. The Gods help anything, human or animal, that gets in their way. After the death of their supreme leader, Tilahun the Brave, his son Prince Adamu takes over. The secretly bisexual Prince Adamu will find his heart tested, as he finds himself torn between the Amazon Lady Chioma, and the charismatic Baro the Wanderer. As the Pride leaves the Wasteland for the lands beyond the Chasm, Prince Adamu must defend what's left of Mankind...
