I was ready to receive the seeds of Zen practice and teachings.Buddhist teachings are often shrouded in language that is not always easy to understand. The teachings in this book are for ordinary people. They originally appeared as articles in the Decorah, Iowa newspaper. They are human life stories. I hope they will speak to you.
