Er nimmt eine Bestandsaufnahme dessen vor, was gegenwartig bei der hauslichen Unterstutzung langerfristig hilfe- bzw. pflegebedurftiger Personen geschieht bzw. geschehen kann und wie sich dies zu den Erwartungen und Versprechungen verhalt, die den offentlichen und fachwissenschaftlichen Diskurs pragen.
