Der Ökotourismus in der Antarktis, dem einzigen Ort auf der Erde ohne ständige menschliche Besiedlung, hat seit den 1990er Jahren ebenfalls stark zugenommen und wächst weiter, sowohl was die Zahl der Touristen als auch die Vielfalt der angebotenen Aktivitäten angeht.
