In fact, for the maintenance and operation ofour physical and digital infrastructure including the area of IP, we are becoming moreand more reliant on AI-based technologies. Owing to autonomous features and abilityto learn without assistance of human, the existing sectors of IP are facing a range ofdifficulties, particularly in the realm of copyright.The AI and IP has become most of the burning issues of 21st century in context ofabove aspects. This is a debatable issue because of its breadth and usefulness in varietyof fields is being introduced technically in various fields aiming to perform any work ina better way by replacing human being or reducing human effort.
