Synopsis "Awakened to Truth: My Poetic Spiritual Journey (in English)"
Struggling to find the right path to take in order to achieve my goals. I often stumbled as I tried to reach spiritual success to become fulfilled in all areas in my life, attempting to accomplish the impossible which is to have it all but in the way God intended. Living a life of God's own perfect design as I poetically describe in detail my triumphs, my relationships, my mistakes, the different variations of my outlook on life and ultimately, my journey. Nikkia Lanee Jones is a performing spoken word poetry artist. Her poetry has been featured at weddings, funerals, comedy shows, church events and her skits have been seen on stage as a result of a couple of hair shows that were constructed by her that included a variety of different types of artistic expression. She was born in Fremont, Oh but traveled with her mother and sister residing in Florida and Tennessee for periods of time during her childhood. She is a mother of 3 children. She has been a stylist for 20 years, an entrepreneur who currently operates her own hair salon and beauty supply shop, Elite Hair Salon & Beauty Supply. She is a youth advisor at her church. She is heavily involved in her community and often volunteers at her twin's school events. She gives recognition and credit to the Lord. She fully understands without Him none of what she has accomplished would be possible and nothing is impossible with the Lord's help. This is all apart of His divine plan. She is grateful and humble for lessons learned and wisdom obtained due to her commitment to His will.
