Wie können soziale Gerechtigkeit und wirtschaftlicher Wohlstand bei Erhaltung der natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen in konkrete Handlungsschritte für ein zukunftsfähiges Deutschland umgesetzt werden? Mit dem Verband der chemischen Industrie (VCI) und der IG Chemie haben zwei zentrale Akteure die Initiative ergriffen und mit anderen Akteuren aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Gesellschaft und Politik unter der Leitung des Instituts für Organisationskommunikation (IFOK) erstmals in Deutschland einen umfassenden gesellschaftlichen Diskursproze professionell durchgeführt. Die Studie zeigt, wie die Globalisierung als Chance für den Standort Deutschland genutzt, das Innovationsmanagement in den Unternehmen weiterentwickelt und die Beschäftigungskrise angegangen werden kann.
