Synopsis "Beshear Contributor Fired for Mismeasuring a Culvert (in English)"

The functionality of a small culvert results in four litigation cases, along with the termination of Terry M. Farmer, P.E. from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The facts of this case, along with information from the litigation cases, make up the bulk of evidence for and against Mr. Farmer. This information depicts the interaction between employer and employee, and brings to light one man's case of employee personnel matters. About the Author Terry M. Farmer, p.e. is a licensed professional engineer registered in the state of Kentucky since 1993. Mr. Farmer is also a certified residential appraiser licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
