Synopsis "Beyond the Mist Trilogy: Three Books in One (in English)"
This is the complete Beyond the Mist Trilogy. All three books see the author going on a journey, the first two take him through mists on the hills of South Wales where he is transported back in time and experiences radical changes to himself and his mind. The first book - The Return of Perez includes trolls, fairies and strange creatures and one cataclysmic ending. The second - Omega and Alpha sees the author trying to work out why he is travelling to a far town - only to end up pitting his skills against his son, whom he hasn't seen for many years, in the National Games. His daughter and the grandchildren also make themselves known. The third book - The Coin Collector has a number of twists, where he is able to take himself to different times in his past by holding on to some coins he first thought were worthless. His wife gets involved and even their dog Freya! The ending may not be that obvious as it involves a extremely rare coin called a Semmarth which, if treated as with other coins, could take him to any of millions of universes out there. But who actually takes hold of it?
