(Canadá, 1976) Jeff Lemire ha ganado numerosos premios, y su trilogía Essex County, recientemente reeditada en un volumen integral por Astiberri, fue destacada en 2011 como la mejor novela canadiense de la década. Black Hammer, la serie que guioniza con dibujos de Dean Ormston, ha ganado el premio Eisner 2017 a la mejor serie nueva y el Premio del Gremio de Libreros de Madrid al mejor cómic de 2017.
