Synopsis "Chemische Komponenten und bakterizides und fungizides Potenzial (in German)"

Diese Studie bewertete das chemische Profil und die antimikrobielle Aktivität des ätherischen Öls (EA) von P. dioica. Die AE wurden durch Hydrodestillation extrahiert und durch Gaschromatographie, gekoppelt an Massenspektrometrie (GC / MS), chemisch charakterisiert. Die Gesamtphenole wurden nach der Folin-Ciocalteu-Methode quantifiziert. Für den antimikrobiellen Test wurde das Verfahren der Scheibendiffusion und Verdünnung der Brühe angewendet, um die minimale Hemmkonzentration und die minimale bakterizide Konzentration zu erhalten. Der Hauptbestandteil von EA war Eugenol. AE zeigte eine bakterizide Aktivität gegen E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, Salmonella sp., B. cereus, P. mirabilis, K. pneumoniae, S. sonnei, C. albicans, Fusarium sp., Penicillium sp. und Aspergilus sp.
