You will see how some Indians escaped the fateful march and how they stayed in the country that had been their home for hundreds of years. Read how the young Indian girl and the young white man traveled and trapped animals and how they would spend their Winters in caves and when they they traveled she was always stumbling over rocks. You will meet some of the the people they met along on their way to get back to the young man's home only to find his home, all barns and all sheds burnt to the ground by the Yankees. Watch how the young man starts back to farming his land and what happens after the young white man marries the young Indian girl. The girl who didn't ever do as she was told to do. Be sure and watch out for the surprise ending!
