In early 2018, we started a weekly series on our Smart Real Estate Coach YouTube channel called Deal Structure Sundays. The goal of these videos was to help aspiring real estate investors understand a bit more of the terms niche that might be difficult to grasp without some real world examples. So, we decided to expand these lessons into a course called Deal Structure Overtime.
