A petición de la editorial Diké, elaboramos este escrito titulado “el derecho y la posmodernidad” para difundir la idea del conocimiento de punta de las ideas sobre filosofía del derecho. El estado del arte, indica que hoy existe un debate entre los analíticos y quienes siguen la hermenéutica de Gadamer, ambos reconociendo la importancia de la filosofía del lenguaje profundo (Wittgenstein), pero los segundos apartándose de lo que ellos llaman el nuevo concepto metafísico.
