As an MEd of Special Education, with almost 20 years of experience, she presently teaches Special Education for her local school district. Jamila has also written a multi-genre production entitled The Lovely Ducklings sharing the perspective of special needs families and promoting acceptance and inclusion as well as performing as an actor in several stage plays.
