(Bogara, Kazajstán 1963) Estudió en la facultad de matemáticas aplicadas de la Universidad de Tashkent, graduándose en 1986. Es académico de la Academia Internacional de Informatización y consejero del servicio de aviación federal ruso. Sus extraordinarias dotes de clarividencia y sanación lo han convertido en una figura mundialmente famosa. Ha sido condecorado por la Academia Rusa de Ciencias con la medalla de plata I. P.
