Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the effects on parent-child relationships in adults who have received corporal punishment during childhood, with the aim of highlighting the importance of affective bonds with caregivers during childhood and their relationship in the development of parenthood itself, the ways of thinking, acting and interacting with others.
