Synopsis "El año que Viene Volverá tu Padre"

Esta novela nos presenta, en dos momentos cronológicos distanciados (unos días del verano de 1970 y la nochevieja de 1999), el salto de la juventud a la edad adulta. Bajo la despreocupación aparente de unos jóvenes que cumplen el trámite de las milicias universitarias en Castillejos, se configura una historia de amistad, de lealtad y de traición. Gracias a un hábil juego de perspectivas, el lector recompone una historia que parecía concluida. Cuando la acción regresa al lugar al que los personajes habían jurado no volver jamás, el transcurso del tiempo ha modificado el paisaje y los protagonistas han adquirido la densidad y la profundidad que otorga el paso de los años. Ramon Solsona se nos descubre en esta novela como un maestro a la hora de conjugar registros opuestos, un tono ácido con otro más intimista.
