El relojero Levin llega a Bogotá en 1938 a intalarse en un pequeño edificio. Allí conoce a la señora Blanca, y durante las siguientes décadas asisten juntos al cambio de la ciudad y de los vecinos. En los años ochenta llega un nuevo inquilino, un pequeño niño, que alterará la vida en el edificio.Mr. Levin comes to Bogota in 1938 to open up a watch shop in a small building in a modest neighborhood. His neighbor is Mrs. Blanca, a school teacher. This amazingly detailed picture book shows the passage of time over the ensuing decades as these two characters age and the neighborhood changes. In the 1980s, a young boy named Ivan moves into one of the floors with his family and life in the building takes on a completely different hue.
