Synopsis "El Final De Una Pasión"

Con El final de una pasión Ana María Navales sella, aunque de forma abrupta –no se olvide que estamos ante una novela póstuma interrumpida por la muerte–, la «pasión» que cimentó su trayectoria creativa. Me refiero a la curiosidad –fruto quizá de un «virus» adquirido en la London Library– por el universo Bloomsbury: sus gentes, sus paisajes, su ideología y, más en concreto, por la figura de Virginia Woolf, en la que Navales encontró a la interlocutora –¿alter ego de ciertos rasgos de su carácter?– que la acompañó hasta sus últimos días. En su novela, y a través de la técnica narrativa del manuscrito encontrado –cuando no robado–, Navales entra de lleno en lo que constituyó su empeño último, según sabemos quienes tuvimos la suerte de tratarla: explorar la compleja relación entre Virginia y su hermana, pintora y miembro también de Bloosmbury, Vanessa Bell.
