Ashish Sharma is an established author with his two two books viz., ""Pearls from the Ocean of Heart"" - ""कुछ मोती दिल के सागर से"" & “Diamonds from the Mine of Mind”- ""कुछ हीरे मन की खान से”. Now he presents to The Readers “Emeralds carved with Thoughts” – “कुछ पन्ने विचारों से तराशे हुए”.Like his earlier publications, “Emeralds carved with Thoughts” – “कुछ पन्ने विचारों से तराशे हुए” is also a unique collection of Hindi Poems with English translations for everyone to read & enjoy. They are inspired by day-to-day events and occurrences in the world and in my life. He has expressed my thoughts about social evils and issues, the environment, relationships, happiness and hope, all in the form of poetry. He feels blessed that in this book, He has been able to write in the honour of some great personalities like Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shree Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Former Prime Minister Late Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee, The King of Meaningful Comedy Late Shree Jaspal Bhatti, The Great Philanthropist & Business Personality Late Haj Hayel Saeed Anam (HSA) & his Respected Parents Prof. Harinder Sharma & Mrs. Uttra Sharma. He is also humbled and proud to write a poem on the 70 years of friendship of the two great nations – India & Indonesia. He hopes readers will enjoy reading this book as much as he has enjoyed writing it. His wife Yogita has helped in the English Translation of his poetry.Ashish writes out of his passion. He comes from a family of academicians from Patiala, Punjab. He graduated in Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering and later completed an MBA. He shifted to Pinjore, Haryana for work. Later, He moved to Medan, Indonesia in November 2012, after working for several Indian and multinational companies for about sixteen years in India. He now works as a General Manager at a multinational company in Medan. He now lives in Medan, Indonesia with his wife, Yogita (Meenu) and charming son Abhilaksh (Lakshi). His Daughter Apurva (Aru) is pursuing her higher studies in Melbourne, Australia.
