Over the course of her day, Edna intimidates a coffee shop customer, loudly disrupts people in a quiet library, and becomes every salesperson?s worst nightmare. The fact is Edna has no clue that she?s actually the person who needs to learn manners and correct behavior. So blinded by her own self-centredness and massive ego, she goes through her day too proud to see her shortcomings.
