Armutsbekämpfung in Senegal. Den analytischen Schwerpunkt der Untersuchung bilden senegalesische Kooperationsvereinbarungen und Mikrofinanzkreditprogramme mit Deutschland, Italien und Belgien unter kritischer Betrachtung von Resonanz, Rahmenbedingungen und Umsetzung von Partizipation auf der Makro- und Mikroebene der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Ergebnisse der Untersuchung zeigen, dass in Senegal eine Kluft zwischen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit des bilateralen und multilateralen Partizipationsansatzes in der Entwicklungspolitik vor Ort besteht.
