Ausgehend vom Kern eines kupfergewickelten Transformators entwerfen wir einen Wickeltransformator aus Aluminium und vergleichen die in der Simulink-Simulation von Matlab erzielten Ergebnisse.Firmen wie Rymel und ABB haben den Bau von gro en Leistungstransformatoren mit Aluminiumblechen realisiert, daher ist es wichtig, eine Diskussion über das Thema für zukünftige Forschungen vorzuschlagen.In diesem Beitrag wird der Aufbau eines aluminiumgewickelten Transformators vorgestellt und die Vor- und Nachteile dieses Materials aufgezeigt. Der Aluminium-Wickeltransformator ist 40 % leichter und 30 % grö er als der Kupfer-Wickeltransformator. Die Wärmeableitung der Aluminiumwicklung ist jedoch aufgrund des Querschnitts des Aluminiumleiters und des Wärmeleitkoeffizienten besser als die einer Kupferwicklung.
