L'objectif de la recherche était de comparer trois protocoles: Extraction avec SDS; Extraction avec CTAB et 2β-mercaptoéthanol et Extraction avec SDS et protéinase K, afin de déterminer la méthode la plus appropriée pour obtenir de l'ADN de haut poids moléculaire et de grande pureté dans les tissus épithéliaux des limaces: Arion subfuscus et Deroceras reticulatum.
