Synopsis "Feelgood Blogging: An essay on how and why blogging can affect our well-being (in English)"
FEELGOOD BLOGGINGAn essay on how and why blogging can affect our well-beingAuthor: Isabel LópezAfter my years as a student at the Department of Sociology at Stockholm University, I now intend to publish my first book.Isabel Lopez, youtuber: http.//www.youtube.com/feelgoodwomanhood and blogger on Misslopez blog, my own blog: http: //www.misslopez.seSummaryThis essay is about the connection between well-being and social networking, more concrete blogging. The Internet and blogging have provided the opportunity for people to interact internationally "in seconds" and this has meant a change in people's way of communicating with each other. The question now is why and how blogging can affect well-being. To this end, we analyze how young women in Sweden reason about feeling good and their own blogging. This is a fairly new unexplored area from a social psychological perspective. I have analyzed the subject with the help of Johan Asplund's theory, which assumes that man is sociable and she seeks response to confirm her identity which in this way can make her feel good. This is an innate need that drives man to seek response. In my study, blogging is analyzed as a way to get feedback that can make women in Sweden feel good. I have used semi-structured interviews and questionnaires in this qualitative study. After the analysis with the help of theory and previous research, I come to the conclusion that blogging in itself can be a way of getting feedback that brings greater community with our surroundings. The study analyzes both the positive and negative aspects of blogging.KeywordBlog, community, affirmation, identity, well-being
