Make learning your first words in French fun with the great games and activity sheets in this useful resource book. The games are designed to be played either as a whole class or at home. Each topic has a set of mini cards, a board game which spans two pages, the collect ALL first game and either a dice game or 3 in a row. At the front of the book you will find ideas of activities to do with the mini cards, for example the pairs card game, as well as two extra sets of mini cards: one for the numbers 1 to 6, and another for saying how you are. The fun activity sheets for practising French involve reading some French words as you colour pictures, matching French words to pictures by drawing a line and copying or writing just a few words per page. Ideal for 3 - 7 year olds.Games are a great way to engage children so they have fun whilst they are learning in a meaningful context. And activity sheets help introduce the written words in a fun way. All the pages in this book may be photocopied for class or home use.
