Some of you will be beginners with a lot of new found time on your hands looking for ways to use it productively. I want to commend you for trying to use your time to develop one of the only meaningful things you can take with you out of prison. About the author: I became a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise with my eyes set on eventually achieving a doctorate in kinesiology to become a physical therapist with the long term goal of teaching kinesiology to college students. Well my plans got put on pause halfway through my Bachelor of Art degree when I revoked my probation by failing a drug test for alcohol. It was an expensive lesson as it cost me getting sentenced 10 years to prison after completing 6 ½ years of 7 years’ probation. I currently have 2 ½ years done and am most likely a short way to the door. I have spent the last few years having to make the best workouts possible with limited resources and I would be honored to share what I’ve learned with you guys.
