In order to give an opportunity for the learner to examine his/her understanding of the concepts behind the subject and to enhance the problem solving techniques, problems in the form of questions have been framed under the following categories - conceptual questions, numerical questions and practice questions. These questions are included at the end of each chapter. Answers to most of the questions are given at the end of the book. The author believes that this book will enable the students to have a thorough assessment of their understanding of the subject and develop their problem solving techniques in a more appropriate mode.
