She uncovers a suicide and an accident that both have the pungent aroma of murder and the next one might be her own as the author of the notes becomes frustrated that the pathways she's chosen were not the ones intended. Another story has her helping a detective in Arkansas sort through a web of clues stretching across the country and ending....once again in her own backyard.
