There is an account of pilot training as a National Serviceman and more flying of balloons, an airship, and a gyrocopter. Coastal trading as owner of a native vessel in the Indian Ocean is described. An essay on development economics is included as well as articles on energy poverty & the thorium-fuelled molten salt reactor and on monetary justice. There is even a published short story... The narrative parts have been described as an easy read. The author started his professional life with a degree in physics and lives in London.
