Erika and Missy have been best friends since they were in diapers-and have lived next door to each other their whole lives! There's nothing better than having a built-in best friend to share all the happy events of your life with! Erika and Missy imagine that things will forever stay the way they are-which is why both girls are shaken and miserable when Missy's dad gets a job transfer to another state. Erika is on the quiet side, but she can always count on bubbly Missy to draw her out of her shell. Erika's family consists of her mom, dad, older sister Yolanda, younger brother Troy, and cat Princess. Erika has long, shiny black hair, bangs, and almond-shaped brown eyes. Missy is Erika's best friend forever, who lives next door to Erika's house. Missy is a happy-go-lucky, spunky, and outgoing.
