Hieran schlie t sich eine genauere Betrachtung des Arbeitsrechtes im Sport an, bevor die Arbeit schlie lich auf dieser Grundlage einen fiktiven, exemplarischen Sponsoringvertrag darbietet. Zum Abschluss widmet sich die Arbeit kurz steuerlichen Aspekten des Sport- und Vereinsrechts.
