This book shows that Williams was not only a murderer, but the first person in the world to document his crimes with written summaries, digital photographs, sounds recordings and video tape. It also shows how difficult it was for police to catch this predator who, on the surface, was an upstanding citizen and a rising star in Canada's military, since Williams took steps to eliminate physical evidence at his crime scenes. He was aiming to commit the perfect crime, but a bizarre sexual drive, propensity for teenage girls, some baffling mistakes he made, along with a couple of coincidences and a skillful interrogation ended his 873-day crime spree.
