A hilarious period piece, 'It's Your money In My Pocket, Dear, Not Mine In Yours' is set in early seventies Soho, and follows the wild and rackety lives of the strippers and staff of Le Can-Can, a striptease theatre whose shows - especially their Christmas pantomimes - are renowned far and wide amongst a certain kind of 'gentleman'. In turns filthy, raucous and touching, 'It's Your Money' reflects a long-vanished London, when Soho was the province of clip-joints and working girls rather than wine bars and ad men.
